Online Education connected to eye

Hey everyone i am a 12 years old kid. Now days we all are using online facilities like zoom , microsoft teams , google class room etc. We now days are focusing only on the display screens which can lead us to a eye state called as miopia. We should not always see on our screens, we should follow 20 20 20 rule. We should see 20 meters far in every 20 minutes for 20 seconds so its short form is 20 20 20.
